In Quebec, the name Dale(s) Hawerchuk refers to at least three things: the illustrious former Winnipeg Jets forward, a rock quartet that’s been around for over 20 years, and said band’s signature song. With brothers Sébastien and Sylvain Séguin on vocals and guitar, Charles Perron on bass, and Pierre Fortin on drums, the quartet quickly made a name for itself thanks to its in-your-face earworms, huge, pummelling riffs, and all-around fun vibe. Les Dales are back, although they never really left, and we’re all the better for it.
